Initial discussion
Tell us your company name, broad spending patterns, cardholder numbers, priorities and existing systems. No account or statements are needed to make a first enquiry.
Agree the review
We explain what the review can include, what documents might be useful and whether any fees apply before work begins. You decide whether to proceed.
Build your cost baseline
Where authorised, we analyse existing charges and processes using statements, contractual terms and operational data. We record assumptions and gaps instead of inventing missing figures.
Seek relevant terms
With appropriate permission, we can approach suitable card and expense providers to establish indicative or written commercial proposals, asking about the actual features you require.
Compare the full picture
Pricing alone is not enough. We include applicable charges, supported currencies, controls, integrations, operational implications, transition work and eligibility constraints.
Present your options
You receive a review and, where agreed, a tailored written proposal. Nothing is published into your Freedom Club account before review and approval by an authorised Freedom Global staff member.
Client decision and possible introduction
If you wish to go further, we explain the provider onboarding route. The chosen supplier handles applicable account opening, due diligence, issuance and platform access under its own terms. You are never switched automatically.
