Why Freedom Global

Independent advice. No product to sell. No cost to you.

A currency introducer sits between you and the market — giving you independent guidance and connecting you with the right provider for your needs. Here's exactly how it works.

The term 'currency introducer' is not widely understood, but the concept is simple: we are an independent intermediary who helps businesses navigate the FX and payments market, and introduces them to the provider best placed to serve their needs.

Unlike a bank or a payment provider, we don't hold your money, execute your trades, or process your payments. We are not regulated as a payment institution. Instead, we are regulated as an introducer — our job is to understand your needs and connect you with the right regulated provider.

This independence is our most important characteristic. Because we don't have a product to sell, we have no incentive to recommend one provider over another for any reason other than which is best for you. We are paid a referral fee by the providers we introduce you to — but this fee is the same regardless of which provider we recommend, so it never influences our advice.

The four-step process is straightforward: we take the time to understand your business and your currency needs; we recommend the provider or providers best placed to serve them; we make the introduction and help you get set up; and then we continue to look after you — monitoring your experience, reviewing your arrangements periodically, and being available when you need us.
