Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. About Freedom Global

Qallet Wallet Company Ltd ('Qallet Wallet Company Ltd', 'we', 'us', 'our') operates the website at freedomglobal.io and the Freedom Club member portal. Freedom Global is an independent currency introducer. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide regulated financial advice. All introductions are made exclusively to FCA-authorised and regulated providers. Your capital is at risk when trading foreign exchange. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website or the Freedom Club member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (available at freedomglobal.io/privacy). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or portal. These terms apply to business users only. If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside the course of a business), please contact us before using our services as different terms and statutory rights may apply. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the website or portal after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Copyright3. Intellectual property and copyright

All content on this website and in the Freedom Club portal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the FX Score methodology and scoring engine, the Smart Discovery assessment framework, software, data models, trade confirmation analysis processes, and the Freedom Club brand — is the exclusive property of Qallet Wallet Company Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The FX Score, the scoring methodology, the eligibility framework, and all associated algorithms are proprietary trade secrets of Qallet Wallet Company Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website and portal for your internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or methodology without our express prior written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

AI & Scraping4. Prohibited uses — scraping, AI training, and automated access

You must not use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other means to extract, copy, or harvest content, data, or methodology from this website or portal without our express written consent. You must not use any content from this website or portal — including the FX Score methodology, assessment questions, scoring logic, or any part of the Freedom Club platform — to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models. You must not submit our content to any AI training dataset, large language model, or generative AI system. This prohibition applies to all AI providers, research institutions, and third parties. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access and legal proceedings. We expressly reserve all rights under the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 and the Database Directive (96/9/EC) to object to text and data mining of our content.

5. The FX Score — no financial advice

The Freedom Global FX Score is an indicative readiness and transparency assessment tool. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to enter into any foreign exchange transaction. The score is based on information you provide and is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Any referral to a third-party FX provider is made on an introducer basis only. You should seek independent regulated financial advice before entering into any foreign exchange arrangement. Qallet Wallet Company Ltd accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the FX Score or any referral made through the platform.

6. Portal access and account security

Access to the Freedom Club member portal requires registration and acceptance of these terms. You must be a duly authorised representative of a business entity to register. You warrant that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you agree to keep it current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe an account is being used in breach of these terms, fraudulently, or in a manner that may harm Qallet Wallet Company Ltd or third parties. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use this website and the Freedom Club portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: (a) use the website or portal in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; (b) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or databases; (d) introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material; (e) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website or portal without our express written consent; (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (g) use the portal to engage in any activity that constitutes a regulated activity under FSMA without appropriate FCA authorisation. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are in breach of this clause.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Qallet Wallet Company Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use this website or portal, or from reliance on any information contained herein; (b) our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of £500 or the total fees paid by you to Qallet Wallet Company Ltd in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; (c) we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. As our services are provided to businesses, the protections afforded to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qallet Wallet Company Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the website or portal in breach of these terms; (b) any inaccurate information you provide to us; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of our services.

10. Third-party links and referrals

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, and we may refer you to third-party FX providers. Such links and referrals are provided for convenience only. Qallet Wallet Company Ltd has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or provider and accepts no responsibility for them. A referral to a third-party provider does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any third party.

11. Data protection

We process personal data in connection with these terms in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at freedomglobal.io/privacy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Where you provide us with personal data relating to your employees, directors, or other individuals, you warrant that you have the authority to do so and that those individuals have been informed of how their data will be used.

12. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, civil unrest, governmental action, industrial dispute, failure of third-party services or infrastructure, or power failure. We will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of any such event and to resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Qallet Wallet Company Ltd in exercising any right or remedy under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation.

15. Contact and IP enquiries

If you have any questions about these terms, wish to report suspected infringement of our intellectual property, or wish to request permission to use our content, please contact our legal team at [email protected] or via our contact form at freedomglobal.io/contact. We take intellectual property infringement seriously and will pursue all available legal remedies where appropriate.
