The FX and payments market is crowded. There are dozens of providers — from global banks to specialist fintechs — all claiming to offer the best rates, the best service, and the best technology. The reality is more nuanced, and the right choice depends entirely on your specific needs.

Before any provider joins our panel, we assess them against a comprehensive set of criteria: regulatory standing and financial strength; the quality and depth of their currency coverage; their pricing model and the competitiveness of their rates; the quality of their technology and operational infrastructure; and — critically — the quality of the service they provide to clients.

We also assess providers on a corridor-by-corridor basis. A provider that offers excellent rates and service for payments to Western Europe may not be the best choice for payments to Southeast Asia or Latin America. Our panel is structured to ensure we can match clients to the right provider for their specific currency corridors and use cases.

Our panel is not static. We continuously monitor provider performance — rates, service quality, operational reliability — and we are not afraid to remove a provider from our panel if their standards slip. Our reputation depends on the quality of the providers we recommend, so we take this responsibility seriously.
